Another substitute teacher has been charged with inappropriate behavior. Just what we need. It's getting harder and harder to become a substitute. One has to be fingerprinted, submit to a criminal background check and have a physical and/or TB test.
They're protecting the kids, of course, which I fully support.
What I'm worried about is how many more hoops they're going to concoct because of idiots, losers and perverts like this guy.

Add this story to the growing list of bad subs: The teacher in Chicago who showed Brokeback Mountain to an 8th grade class, the sub in Bloomington convicted of child molestation and another who is charged with child porn.
